Juniper Ridge Miniatures A site endorsing miniature donkeys, and our ranch.
We are J&D Half Donkeys on the Homestead. We breed and sell registered miniature donkeys. We are a small miniature donkey farm located in beautiful mountain valleys of Eastern Tennessee. We are located in New Market which is 30 minutes northeast of Knoxville Tennessee. Since we are a small farm, we are able to focus our efforts on the preservation, protection and promotion of the future of the breeding program through the careful evaluation and selection of each miniature donkey to successfully produce quality, healthy, loving donkeys. Our breeding jacks consist of a black and white spot along with a young true black jack. Our brood jennets consist mostly of Grey-Duns and a Spot. Our current breeding spotted jack stands at 31 1/2 inches. He has proven his consistency to produce small, spotted jennet foals. We have recently added a Chocolate (Brown) jennet and a True Black Jack. We are looking forward to the future foals. We are also committed to imprinting of our foals at birth. Thus all of our donkeys are very tame and easily handled. We welcome you to visit our little piece of tranquility.
