My site is about my dogs Merlin and Domino

I have some beautiful Fisher ladies and zodiac graphics. I also have section on holiday origins. Its interesting to find out
how our holidays came into being.
The zodiac signs have always interested me and
I'll have a section on the zodiac.
I'm 64 and I have 1 son living. I lost my daughter in December of 2009.
My hobbies are reading, walking, the internet,
my family, faith and my dogs.
I lost my two dogs Sparky and Camelot. Sparky has been gone since 2001 and Camelot died 3 years ago in May. I loved them like my children and I still miss them so much. So this poem is my tribute to

Sunlight streams through window pane
unto a spot on the floor....
then I remember,
it's where you used to lie,
but now you are no more.
Our feet walk down a hall of carpet,
and muted echoes sound....
then I remember,
It's where your paws would joyously abound.
A voice is heard along the road,
and up beyond the hill,
then I remember it can't be yours....
your treasured voice is still.
But I'll take that vacant spot of floor
and empty muted hall
and lay them with the absent voices
and unused dish along the wall.
I'll wrap these treasured memorials
in a blanket of my love
and keep them for my best friends
and hope we meet above.
