National Federation of the Blind of Pennsylvania NFBP is an affiliate of the National Federation of the Blind and works to improve the lives of blind persons in Pennsylvania.
Cyber Blink presents an overview of material such as web pages, mailing lists, for blind folks. It also contains a "Stories From Schools for the Blind" section. Also featured is the Blind Phonebook of Internet Users where most of the links provided by Cyber Blink are found.
