Capital City Council of the Blind The CCCB of Washington is a nonprofit consumer organization dedicated to the belief that blind and partially sighted individuals can lead productive lives and contribute to society with independence and dignity. Through the use of advocacy and education we strive to increase public awareness about what blindness is and what it is not.{;}
