Our purpose in creating this awards program is to encourage webmasters to design better websites. We view awards programs as a peer review system, meaning a way for webmasters to check out each others sites and reward those that meet specific criteria. This provides a useful service in that it increases the value of these sites to the community.
The Jailhouse Lawyer's Liberty Award is given to webmasters and webmistresses who create and maintain a quality website that promotes freedom and individual liberty as outlined in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. {;}
