Spiral Hoop Dance I perform and teach the art of hoopdance, as well as create high-quality, beautiful hoops. My dance style is dynamic, graceful, innovative and athletic. I teach beginner and intermediate level hooping with an emphasis on creative expression, flow and movement as meditiation.
I perform with fire: hoops, stave, and wands and LED: hoops, stave and ball. I dance with hoops and contact sphere and integrate the two for powerful, symbolic performance.
