I am a 60 year old woman. I am overweight and have been sedentary for quite a while, but I'm trying to reverse the condition by becoming a beginning runner. If you are looking for a running blog that discusses mileage, time, etc... well,this is not the blog for you. I am a tortoise... at least for now. Oh, yeah, and I am addicted to flip-flops. I think I have a 23 pair so far!
I've watched all the weightloss infomercials there are and finally figured it out! It wasn't the gimmicky product being hawked that made those people successful - it was that each and everyone of them had finally decided that IT WAS TIME! Well... so have I!
Join me as I share my wins and losses - my rantings with the scale - my plan for health ad fitness that this time - IS WORKING! I post daily and include progress pics each month. If I can do it - you can too!
