A Circle of Light A Circle of Light Community was formed May 2, 1997. To many of us, A Circle of Light, bcommunitys to mind a place for us to feel safe, at peace and in harmony. Those in A Circle of Light believe it is our responsibility to live in peace, harmony and unity with our brothers, sisters and nature on this planet. We are not alone in this quest.
