RING DESCRIPTION: "Do you believe everything you read?" The sad truth is, many people online do just that, automatically taking rumors at face value, without bothering to reserve judgement until they've heard both sides of the argument. Back during the 1990s, this fact was put to effective use by an obscure freshman at the University of Illinois named Tim Skirvin, who created a site called "The Killfile Dungeon" for the purpose of defaming anybody who dared to disagree with him, being sure to set it up on a tax supported university server, good libertarian that he was. :) This ring is here to give the victims of his abuse a chance for equal time.
