RING DESCRIPTION: This web ring was created in May 2007. We hope that as it grows, it can serve as a tool to connect families who have chosen to homeschool using Waldorf-inspired methods, either exclusively or in conjunction with other educational methods (unschooling, Charlotte Mason, etc.,) so that we may support and inspire each other.

www.zahnzone.blogspot.comThis is my personal blog where I write about all sorts of topics, including sustainable living, food, daily life and homeschooling. We are just re-starting our homeschool journey after a couple of years in school and more will be said about homeschooling as we go. I have always had an interest in Waldorf education and anthroposophy, but we also use the Charlotte Mason great books and a short lesson style. I try to let my kids lead and do what works for them. I guess you could say we're unschoolers a bit too.

Today in Faerie SchoolAs Waldorf-inspired homeschoolers, we're often asked to give people a map of our day. What exactly do we do during the day? And how do you homeschool a Fifth Grader and a First Grader at the same time? And how does the Waldorf framework work in the home? I wanted to create this blog as a place where folks can see what we're up to, give ideas to other homeschoolers, and maybe get ideas from others.
