RING DESCRIPTION: Horses and city traffic is a deadly mix. Most cities have only minimal regulations governing working conditions for carriage horses, and even these regulations are rarely enforced. Please help me spread the word that carriage rides are inhumane to horses, and should be banned in all cities. Don't get taken for a ride!
