Any cat who thinks his/her tail (or lack of one) is extraordinary is eligible. Such{;}examples include plumed, flagged and kinked tails, as well as the rumpies and stumpies already mentioned.{;}Sites MUST be family-rated, NO obscenities and NO animal cruelty.{;}Sites not meeting the guidelines will not be admitted or will be removed from the webring.
