I’m a Baltimore-based printmaker working in my home studio. Though I have a background in traditional printmaking, I’m now committed to non-toxic or less-toxic, experimental printmaking methods, which are safer for me, my family and the environment. My quest for artist-quality, nontoxic materials has involved trial and error. I discovered that this process of experimentation—working with an idea in mind, but ultimately responding to the materials—is what truly makes printmaking a passion for me. In my blog, I share my works in progress and new works.

I'm Jennifer, one-half of the amazing mother-daughter duo that makes up Weiswomen Creations. My mother Judy is the other half. I love lots of types of crafts but I focus primarily on making jewelry, especially colorful and fun earrings. Judy knits extraordinary items and makes beautiful cards and invitations. She’s also discovered Photoshop Elements and has been making some very cool customized pet photographs. I'll be doing most of the blogging and I'm really looking forward to sharing (and showing off!) what we’ve been working on and what's going on in our world!
