Sybil St. Claire, Ph.D -- Artistic Director, Orlando Repertory Theatre; Director and Playwright
This is online home of career theatre artist and arts educator Sybil St. Claire, Ph.D., the Artistic Director of the Orlando Repertory Theatre, a professional theatre for young audiences and a Professor of Theatre at the Universty of Central Florida, where she co-created one of the nation's most distinctive MFAs in Youth Theatre. With degrees in Theatre, Child Drama and Theatre Education, Sybil is a published author and an internationally produced playwright/lyricist who has been acting, directing, writing and teaching in the theatre for over 20 years. In the last year alone her original plays for young audiences have enjoyed over 60 productions in 26 different states.
