Vegan MommaI am a 34 years old single mom who loves to cook. You most likely will see plenty of photos of vegan dishes. I make all my food from scratch, no processed foods. I am a small business owner.
I have been have been vegetarian for over 12 years, and became Vegan in August 2004. Why did I ever wait so long? In my food intake I was eating Vegan for quite some time. I eat a lot of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, dehydrated foods, soups, lightly steamed foods, and sautéed dishes. My daughter loves Vegan cuisine and is by no means \'limited\' in her food choices. Check back often, as I will post pictures of what we eat throughout the week.
I am athletic. I have a few upcoming Figure competitions this year. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, skydiving, inline skating, staying in shape, cooking, nature, museums, history, reading, etc. I am active in volunteer groups in my area.

Soldiers' Angels of Alabama Soldiers' Angels of Alabama (a.k.a. 'Bama Angels') is a group of volunteers -- military and civilian -- living in Alabama. We are supported by the Soldiers' Angels Foundation and many private donors. It is our mission to provide aid and support to all our brave men and women serving in the United States Armed Forces in the War on Terror. We support Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airman serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, as well as those forward deployed throughout the world defending and protecting the freedoms we cherish.
