You MUST submit the website where you have the webring(s)you managed. Your Webring does not have to be hosted by webring.com, it can be hosted by Ringsurf, Bravenet, World Of Webrings etc. If you are managing more than one webring and have more than one website, then feel free to submit all of them. Joining this webring is also a great way to promote your webrings.
