Citizen Soldier Sojack in OIF[p]Sojack is from Arkansas and is a transporation officer in the United States Army Reserve. She has 16 years of service in the Army National Guard and Army Reserve and is currently deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. This blog is a journal of her experiences during her time serving overseas. Sojack was born in Arkansas and in 1990 joined the Arkansas Air National Guard as a 40430. That\'s a Photo Maintenance Apprentice Specialist in Air Force-speak, responsible for repairing photo processors, cameras and other photo-related equipment. She later transferred to the Army National Guard and entered Officer Candidate School. In the National Guard, she held positions as Transportation and Ground Ambulance Company Platoon Leader, Detachment Commander, Aviation Liaison Officer, and Transportation Company Commander. Following Company Command, she transferred to the Army Reserve and since that time has been a member of a Training Support Brigade. This is Sojack\'s second tour in OIF. During the first deployment she worked in a Transportation Group. The second depolyment finds her assigned to a Transportation Command.[/p]
