The Rob Morris Story ArchiveMostly crossovers, although many stories that are XO's are actually more ST than not. On the fun side, there are stories like 'The Princess Crewman' in which M'Ress has a secret that only Lion-O, Lord Of The Thundercats, may reveal. There is the happily well-recieved 'Starting Over' series, which turns 'Generations' on its head and puts James T. Kirk in charge of The Enterprise-E. The Remix series takes ST eps from all four series and adds Xover characters to them, while keeping the same basic story. Lastly, there is 'The Ancient Destroyer Cycle' in which a gigantic three-headed dragon is only symptomatic of the danger threatening The Federation. I think you might enjoy it.
