Artachtain Weyrhold banded together with another Weyrhold in the South that they helped create, Tanasay Weyrhold and all the Holds in the area to create the Southern Alliance. Now, with relations between the two continents slowly being repaired, a new, northern Lady Weyrholder has come to Artachtain to lead them into the 3rd Pass.
