Yoga
Yoga is a great way to treat your anxiety symptoms because you will learn many different ways to relax. Relaxation is the key in yoga so it will help you to learn to calm yourself when you are feeling symptoms of anxiety. Yoga also shows you how to stretch your muscles which will help relieve the muscle tension that are often associated with anxiety attacks and anxiety disorders.

Regular exercise
Getting regular exercise will release endorphins into your body giving you a general sense of well being. This will greatly help with anxiety; exercise also gives you something to do and can help with the restless feeling.

Getting enough sleep
Though disrupted sleeping patterns are one of the symptoms of anxiety, it is important to get enough sleep. People with little sleep tend to be more on edge and easier to upset than those that got a full nights rest. Not sleeping enough can amplify your symptoms anxiety and make it even harder for you to concentrate throughout the day. Medication can help you sleep better and if you do get your sleep your day will be better for it.

Relaxation techniques
Relaxation techniques such as meditation will definitely reduce the number of anxiety attacks you have and reduce the symptoms of anxiety. Learning to concentrate and relax is the key in relieving symptoms anxiety and can also help you sort out your worries and problems in a calm and rational way.

Medication and therapy
Your doctor may recommend taking medication if none of the above methods work for you. There are many different types of anti-anxiety pill available that can help you and already have helped millions of people. Sometimes your doctor will recommend you go to therapy and or take the medication. Talking to a third party about your life can help you find the reasons for your anxiety attacks and can help you solve the problems.
