can use the automatic bidding system decide what your maximum bid is and then
trust that the bid does not rise above the amount you specified. Every time
that some one makes a bid the automated bidding feature raises the bid above
their last bid so that yours becomes the winning bid. It will never bid above
the top amount that you have inputted as you maximum.
