eating. It helps celebrate eating fresh
and having healthy foods. As you go on
your journey daily, it is imperative that you institute a “Healthy Recipe” for
good eating in your life. It will help
save your life, and add years to your life.
Every morning when you wake up, you should have your “Recipe for Eating
Healthy” hanging on your refrigerator.
You should prepare a healthy meal for yourself and your family. You will feel energized and well, when you
keep that recipe in tack.

discipline. Do not put fatty foods nor foods
with high cholesterol on your list.
Avoid fast food, and sweets. Do
not put any foods with caffeine on your list.

Dinner – Mixed vegetables, brown rice, bake

not junk or snack following with a brisk walk or run. If you follow this you shall add years to
your life and be prosperous in living hearty and healthy.

eating and exercising regular will sure show in the mirror what a spectacular
person you will be from the inside out.
